Challenge: Property Owner wanted a consistent look and feel across his multiple properties in logo, business card and lease documentation.
Solution: Designed logo per client specifications, revised existing documentation to create a consistent “voice” across residential leases, and commercial lease. Provided PDF form for ease of completion and digital signing.
